David Smorgon, Executive Chairman

Mr. Smorgon spent 25 years as a senior executive and director of Smorgon Consolidated Industries, which was one of Australia's largest family companies before it divested of all its business interests in 1995. He is currently the President of the AFL club, the Western Bulldogs, and a Governor of the Sony Foundation of Australia. In 2000, Mr. Smorgon was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the Western Bulldogs Football Club and to the community through his contribution to health, education, and social welfare organizations.

Alan Miltz, Director

Mr. Miltz is a director and co-founder of Inmatrix and has been on the board since its inception. Mr. Miltz is focused on the implementation of best practices in credit and financial management as well as in the implementation of Inmatrix's suite of products within the banking sector. Mr. Miltz has worked with a wide range of global companies and banks such as ANZ, National Australia Bank, Bendigo Bank, Maybank, Bangkok Bank, and Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Miltz has completed over 200 business plans for major public companies and large private enterprises, and is involved in the training of senior management. In 2000, Mr. Miltz was voted best new speaker in Australia for The Executive Connection (a CEO forum), lecturing on improving business performance and key business performance indicators.

Rob Morrow, Director

Mr. Morrow is a director of Inmatrix and has been on the board since [ ]. Mr. Morrow is Managing Partner of GFP Management Inc. and GFP Broker-Dealer Inc. Prior to GFP, Mr. Morrow worked at Bank of America as Managing Director and Head of its Merger and Acquisitions Group and later served in a variety of executive roles. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Morrow was an Executive Director of Merrill Lynch Private Capital from 1982-1990. Before that he spent 10 years at Wells Fargo as Senior Vice President and Manager in its corporate banking Group. Mr. Morrow holds a bachelor's degree form the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

David Allen, Chief Operating Officer, Director

Mr. Allen joined Inmatrix in 2003 as Global Head of Banks and was promoted in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Allen has been instrumental in establishing the Company's banking sector relationships in Australia, Asia, and North America. In the North America market, Mr. Allen built a team, established key relationships and endorsements, and commenced the Company's successful market penetration. Mr. Allen has over 20 years of experience in risk management and credit process. Prior to joining Inmatrix, Mr. Allen worked for ANZ in Australia where he directed the development and implementation of risk rating systems, credit assessment tools, and credit policy and process in Australia and New Zealand, India, Asia, and the Pacific Islands. David holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from RMIT and is a CPA.
