David Smorgon OAM

David spent 25 years as a senior executive and Director of Smorgon Consolidated Industries which was one of Australia's largest family companies. In 1995, the company announced a staged divestment of all of its business interests and David then established his own investment company, Generation Investments Pty Ltd.
The insights and experiences David gained through working in the Smorgon
family business lead to his becoming the inaugural Chairman in 1997 of
Family Business Australia, a post he held until the end of 2001.
David has been President of the AFL club, the Western Bulldogs, since
1997 and is also a Governor of the Sony Foundation of Australia.
David was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in June, 2000 for services to the Western Bulldogs Football Club and to the community through health, education and social welfare organisations |
Robert P. Morrow

Mr.Morrow has over 35 years experience in corporate and investment banking activities. He currently serves as the Managing Partner for GFP Advisors, a San Francisco- based boutique investment banking firm.
From 1990 to 2000 Mr.Morrow served in a wide variety of executive roles at the Bank of America. He joined Bank of America in 1990 as Managing Director and Head of its Merger and Acquisitions Group. In his latest assignment, Mr. Morrow server as the Manager and Group Executive of the
Bank of America’s International Corporate Banking Group.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr.Morrow was an Executive Director of Merrill Lynch Private Capital from 1982-1990. Before that he spent 10 years at Wells Fargo as Senior Vice President and Manager in its Corporate Banking Group.
Mr.Morrow holds a bachelor’s degree form the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is a graduate of Stanford University’s School of Credit and Financial Management and Harvard Business School’s Program for Managerial Development. |
Peter J. Crosbie

Peter is a financial technology entrepreneur. He spent most of the formative years of his professional career with KMV, the pioneer and leading vendor of credit technology. Peter joined KMV as a partner in 1994 and held a variety of responsibilities in client services, product development and research. He was named President and COO of KMV in 2000 and CEO in 2002. He was named President and CEO of Moody’s KMV after the acquisition of KMV by Moody’s in 2002. He led Moody’s KMV during their first year of operations.
Prior to joining KMV, Peter was Director of Portfolio Management for Barclays Bank in New York. He began his career as a financial technology consultant in 1986 and was on the business faculty of Santa Clara University from 1990 to 1992. Peter is a native of New Zealand and received a B.Sc. Honours in Management Science from the University of Canterbury and a Ph.D. in Marketing and Business Economics from Purdue University.
