Gary Challinor
Chief Executive Officer
Gary is a Software Industry specialist with over 20 years experience. Recruited to join Inmatrix in late 2007, Gary has led the company to drive significantly increased revenues, significantly reduced operating expenses and improvements in the various departments in the business. Gary has extensive experience in the development, sales, pre-sales, post sales operations of global software companies. Prior to entering the software industry in 1988 Gary was a Financial Executive in a number of Australian companies.
Commencing with Oracle in 1988 Gary worked in Australia, the Asia Pacific rim, Europe and the USA, in both Senior Sales and Services roles. Gary left Oracle in 1999 to pursue a career with a number of Silicon Valley Start-up companies. During this period Gary held roles from EVP Professional Services to COO and finally CEO.
Gary returned to Australia in mid 2003 rejoined Oracle in Sales.
Gary left Oracle at the end of 2004 to start his own business focussed on assisting small software companies grow their businesses both at the top line as well as the bottom line. |
David Allen
Director and Chief Operating Officer
David joined Inmatrix in February 2003, after a successful 15 year career at the ANZ Bank where he was Program Director, eCredit, with responsibility for credit support infrastructure strategy, credit process re-engineering and web enablement of the credit tool suite.
David held senior management positions in various credit risk and portfolio management disciplines including responsibility for the bank’s risk rating framework, credit policy and credit risk support tools. David managed many large credit projects including the successful development and implementation of credit rating tools, analytical tools and credit process improvements.
David has valuable industry experience in a variety of hands-on roles within the credit process, having previously held roles including credit & industry analyst, relationship manager, credit auditor and credit specialist. David has extensive experience in credit process design and automation and has designed many innovative solutions to improve the analysis, assessment, management and monitoring of credit risk in banks. |
David Byrne
Finance Director
David qualified as a Chartered accountant with KPMG?s audit practice in 2000 where he specialized in audit and advice provision to small and growing businesses.
He moved into the Software industry in 2000 as the Financial Controller of a publicly listed mobile applications company where he set up the systems and processes. His first role as Finance Director was in 2006 at Infor, where he was the UK Finance Director in charge of the finances of a business with $130mill revenue and 200 employees.
Joining Inmatrix in June 2008, David brings 12 years of finance experience with small and growing businesses. The majority of his industrial experience is in the Software industry. He has driven entities through significant change and is ideally placed for his current role as Finance Director at Inmatrix. |
Scott Hill
Product Manager
Scott Hill is an accredited Product / Project Manager with over 12 years commercial experience. His professional career commenced with Westpac Bank where he held multiple roles in credit, business process engineering and product management. He was responsible for implementing a stream-lined credit application workflow at Westpac's national mortgage centre.
Scott has also worked for the risk management division of Australia's largest national credit bureau as Delivery Manager with responsibility for implementing credit risk consulting and risk software projects to major bank and non-bank financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Inmatrix, he was Senior Project Manager with Ericsson Asia Pacific Lab Australia where he managed both pre-sales and project delivery for large-scale multi-million dollar system integration projects.
With Inmatrix, Scott's project management credentials have enabled him to lead over 50 major project implementations since 2003, including projects in Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Middle East, South Africa, Canada and the USA.
In 2008, Scott accepted the role of Inmatrix Product Manager. Scott is responsible for leading the direction of the Inmatrix product range and consulting to prospective clients on credit risk management. |
Peter Gadomski
Director of Services, Support and Education
Mr. Gadomski joined Inmatrix in 2008 with over twenty two years of experience in working with Financial institutions covering Retail Banking, Mortgage lending, Collections and mortgage/banking technology solutions. He also has a proven track record in building successful business relationships and integrating best-of-breed technologies.
Prior to joining Inmatrix, Mr. Gadomski has worked with software companies, IT data centres and Global system integrators/partners providing technology business solutions to lenders/financial institutions. As a Programme Manager for EDS he gained first-hand experience in all phases of loan processing. In subsequent roles as Professional Services Manager Asia Pacific he drove business and technology initiatives to improve Software Delivery quality and process efficiency.
Mr. Gadomski holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management/IT) from the University of Tasmania and is working towards a MBA in General Management at the University of South Australia. |
Raj Thillaimuthu
Director of Development
Dr Raj Thillaimuthu joined Inmatrix in December 2008 as Director of Development. He comes to the role with twenty years experience in e-commerce and software development in the financial industry including Banking, with ANZ and NAB, Funds Management with Superpartners and Ratings with Standard and Poor?s. He has a proven track record in Program and Project management for large projects from concept to production with the successful implementation of e-commerce websites and real time Broking systems.
At ANZ he was the Account Manager for Risk and Treasury with the hands on development of the Credit Risk engines for Group Risk. As Manager of Business Consulting he led 28 project managers and business analysts on release management of the bank?s core transaction systems. At NAB he was Business Technology Partner for Finance and Treasury and was responsible for driving Stakeholder and Vendor Management between technology and the business. He has global development experience as Application Development Manager for Standard and Poor?s Australia & Asia Pacific.
Dr Raj Thillaimuthu holds a Doctorate and Masters in Fuel and Energy from Leeds University and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from University College London in the United Kingdom. |
Judy Slimm
Executive Vice President Sales - North America
Ms. Slimm joined Inmatrix in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America's West Coast region and was promoted to her current position in 2008.
Ms. Slimm has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry selling solutions to commercial financial institutions. Prior to joining Inmatrix, Ms. Slimm worked at Misys selling their suite of services and software to Commercial Lending and Capital Markets. Ms. Slimm spent the first 10 years of her career at Reuters working with banks and financial service firms throughout North America's West Coast. Ms. Slimm holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley. |
Alan Miltz
Founder & Director
Alan Miltz is a director and co-founder of Inmatrix. Specifically Alan’s focus is on the implementation of best practices in credit and financial management, having worked with a wide range companies and banks globally. Banking clients include ANZ, National Australia Bank, Bendigo Bank, Maybank, Bangkok Bank and Royal Bank of Canada.
Alan has also completed in excess of 200 business plans for major public companies and large private enterprises and is involved in the training of senior management in industry and banks.
In 2000 Alan Miltz was voted best new speaker in Australia for The Executive Connection (a CEO forum), lecturing on Improving Business Performance and Key Business Performance Indicators. Alan has been a keynote speaker at numerous international CEO events focusing on improving business performance.
Alan has also been involved in the successful implementation of the Inmatrix suite of products within the Banking sector and is a recognized expert in field of Financial Analysis & Credit Assessment Techniques. |
