Overview

A common critical success factor in delivering a successful implementation and ensuring benefit extraction is the training and knowledge transfer to ensure adoption by staff and day-to-day application as part of the lending process.

We have found that the use of live case studies is highly beneficial, (and is standard practice in our training process). Inmatrix recommends a variable training plan that accommodates both those who are capable of accelerated learning and those whose current skills need enhancing.
